ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioners without following the due process of law based on their representation dated 02.01.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the fifth respondent, CSR No.10 of 2023, dated 08.01.2023, came to be registered, for which, enquiry is pending.

3.Recording the said submission, the petitioners are directed to appear before the third respondent and on such appearance, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry by following the dictum laid down in the case of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
