ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence under Sections 120B, 364, 302, 201, 457 and 380 of IPC, in C.C. No.156/2016, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as an accused in S.C.No.189 of 2022, on the file of 1/3

the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli, for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 364, 302, 201, 457 and 380 of IPC.

3. The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.C.No.189 of 2022, on the file of the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli District. Therefore non bailable warrant came to be issued on 27.04.2023.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

5. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The learned III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirappalli is directed to consider the same on merits.
