COMMON PRAYER: Review Applications filed under Order XLVII, Rule 1 read with Section 114 of the Code of Civil Procedure against the common order dated 01.03.2011 made in W.A.(MD).Nos.116 & 117 of 2011, respectively.

We do not find any error apparent on the face of the common order, dated 01.03.2011 passed in W.A.(MD).Nos.116 & 117 of 2011 and the Division Bench has come to the conclusion that the guidelines or instructions cannot over ride the Rules and this finding does not suffer from any infirmity.

2. In view of the same, these review applications are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
