PRAYER IN WP(MD) No.6276 of 2009 Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issuance a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.E2/10747/08 dt. 30/01/09 and to quash the same in so far as it relates to the petitioner's lands under Patta Nos. 482 and 847 in S.Nos. 278/1 and 278/2A K. pudur village, virudhuangar district within the limits of K. Pudur panchayat.
ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.R.M.RAMESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of SPECIAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 193 days in filing the writ appeal.

2.Heard learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner/ appellant.
3.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Since the delay has been properly explained, the petition is allowed on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand) to the credit of the Honourable Chief Justice Relief Fund, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall automatically be dismissed without further reference to Court.
