This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the second respondent to receive the sale deed dated 04.12.2024 in respect of the property comprised in S.No.1024/4 to an extent of 1 acre situated at old Alagappapuram Village presently called as Anjugramam Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk,
2. By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

The petitioner is a power holder vide power of attorney deed dated 27.06.2023 registered vide Doc.No.3117/2023 to deal with the property comprised in S.No.1024/4 to an extent of 1 acre situated at old Alagappapuram Village presently called as Anjugramam Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District. On the strength of the power of attorney, the petitioner had executed the sale deed in favour of the third party and presented the sale deed for registration on 04.12.2024, however, the second respondent did not accept the sale deed without any reasons.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the sale deed if it is otherwise in order, the same will be registered.
6. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to represent the sale deed for registration before the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to register the same, if it is otherwise in order and in accordance with law.
