This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Palani, to dispose of the complaint in D.V.C.No.16 of 2023 within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. A report was called for from the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, as to the pendency of the case on his file. The report was received stating that there are 2850 cases are pending as on 31.01.2024.
3. In view of the above submission, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
