ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Criminal Procedure Code seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the pettioner based on the complaint lodged by the third respondent with the second respondent/Inspector of Police, Koodal Pudur Police Station.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and would contend that one Babu, Manager of Sri Maha Vidhyalayam Matriculation School, Indra Nagar, Anayur, lodged a complaint with the Inspector of Police, Koodal Pudur Police Station against the petitioner, who https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.286 of 2021 was the erstwhile Principal of the said School and the same was registered as CSR.No.627 of 2021. According to him, no complaint was given by the third respondent.

3.Considering the submissions made by the petitioner and the respondents 1 and 2, the respondent Police is directed to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.

4.With the aforesaid direction, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
