Respondents Prayer: This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to transfer the enquiry pending on the file of the 2nd respondent on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.10.2020 to the 4th respondent or any other independent agency and direct them to conduct impartial investigation with regard to the death of the petitioner's husband Perumal.

O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation in Crime No.39 of 2021 registered on the file of Pattiveeranpatty police station.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that within a period of one month, the final report will be filed.
