O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to secure and produce the detenu before this Court.

2. The petitioner married detenu on 19.11.2023 and residing in the matrimonial home. While being so, for the past 2 years, he is missing and hence, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the second respondent police and the same has been registered in Cr.No.530 of 2025 under 'Man Missing'.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that after registration of the FIR, investigation is in progress and whereabouts of the detenu is not known sofar.

4. Admittedly, the detenu is aged about 29 years. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report in Cr.No.530 of 2025, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
