ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.Ilayaraja, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.Robinson, Government Advocate for the Respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

This court by its order, dated 13.10.2020, made in Crl.OP (MD)No.11231 of 2020 directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- before the Jurisdictional Special Court within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order passed by this Court, has been complied with. A receipt has also been filed before this court.
