When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner/tenant has already handed over the possession of the property to the respondent/landlord and that the prayer sought for in this revision petition has now become infructuous.

2.In view of the above, nothing survives for further consideration in the present revision petition and accordingly, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infurctuous. No costs.
