This writ petition has been filed directing the respondents to grant ordinary leave for 30 days without escort to the detenue, Senthilmurugan, aged about 37 years S/o.Subbaiya, aged bout 60 years, Convict No.16321 detained at Central Prison, Trichy. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.
