ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 & 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and his property.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2, on instructions, would submit that the representation dated 31.12.2020 submitted by the petitioner with the second respondent was registered as CSR. No.4/2021, dated 04.01.2021 and it is still pending for enquiry. 3.Recording the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate, this Court directs the second respondent to dispose of the representation, dated 31.12.2020, submitted by the petitioner, after affording reasonable opportunity to the third respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
