PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to instruct the 2 to 4 respondents to renovate the bad condition buses in good conditions and good maintains of Tamilnadu State Transport Corporation Buses in Tamilnadu and good Transport Services to the common man by considering the representation dated 02.12.2024.

Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, Mr.K.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent and Mr.A.Albert James, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), takes notice for the fifth respondent. 2.By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.The contention of the petitioner is that the Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation buses in Tamil Nadu are in dilapidated condition, due to which many accidents are occurred. His further contention is that there are several irregularities by the officials of the Transport Corporation. The Tamil Nadu Transport Corporation is under heavy loss due to the poor maintenance of buses and the irregularities committed by the officials of the Corporation. By narrating all these facts, the petitioner made a representation dated 02.12.2024 to the respondents seeking to renovate the said buses. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 4.
Perusal of the entire affidavit and after hearing the submissions made by the petitioner, this Court is of the view that the contentions raised by the petitioner in this writ petition are general in nature. The allegations levelled by the petitioner are omnibus. Hence, the same cannot be accepted. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
