The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the observations made by the Division Bench of this Court in the said Writ Petition, which are sought to be reviewed, would cause prejudice to the rights of the petitioner to approach the Wakf Tribunal.

2.This Court is of the considered opinion that the observations are made based on the merits of the case. Therefore, this Court do not find any error apparent. Accordingly, this Review Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
