ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The order sought to be reviewed was passed on 30.07.2012 in W.P.(MD)No.10446 of 2012.

2.This Court disposed of the said Writ Petition as premature, since the representation of the petitioner was pending before the official respondents during the relevant point of time.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner would submit that even now, the encroachments are not removed. 4.If so, the petitioner has to pursue the earlier complaint or file a fresh complaint for removal of the encroachments before the authorities competent. However, the review of the order passed in the Writ Petition would not arise at all. 2/4
