This petition filed under section 482 of Cr.P.C. To order to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A (MD) No. 498 of 2021 dated. 10.12.2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court.

Prayer in CRL A(MD).No.498 of 2021:

This Crl.A is filed under section 14 A(2) of scheduled caste/Scheduled Tribes prevention of Atrocities Act 1989 as amended by Act 1 of 2015 ,to call for the records and to set aside the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.1552 of 2021 dt. 23.11.2021 by the special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under SC/ST(POA) Act,1989, Sivagangai and to enlarge the appellants on bail in connection with the case in crime No. 451 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent Police.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. R.Balamuruganantham, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. M.Asha, Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order: The petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the bail condition imposed by this Court on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD) No.498 of 2021 dated 10.12.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation. Hence, he prayed the condition to be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) fairly admitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

4.In the above circumstances, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the lower Court as and when required by the Court and on all hearing dates. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
