ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchendur, to dispose the O.S.No.115 of 2019 in a speedy manner within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 1/4

2.This Court, vide order dated 12.01.2026, had directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchendur, to send a year wise pendency report of the pending suits and in compliance of the same, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchendur, had sent a report vide proceedings D.No.123/26, dated 05.02.2026, annexing the breakup details with regard to the pendency of the cases arising from the year 2019 to 2026, which was addressed to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. From the perusal of the same, it is seen that the total number of pending cases is 987 and the pendency of the cases in the year 2019 is 38. 3.Since the present suit is of the year 2019, the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchendur, is directed to expedite the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.115 of 2019 on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of 18 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the aforesaid directions, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
