2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that even though in the petitions filed by the petitioner, it has been mentioned in the petition as 'S.Prabakar', in the final report his name is properly spelled as 'S.Prabahar' and there is no issue with regard to the identification of the petitioner, since the petitioner's name has been mentioned as S.Prabahar in the final report.

4.Even though in the amendment petitions filed, he himself mentioned as S.Prabakar @ S.Prabahar, it is not proper and he ought to have mentioned the correct spelling in the petitions itself.

5.Even in the cause title of the amendment petitions, he has mentioned alias and there is no such alias mentioned in the final report.

6.The learned appearing for the petitioner would submit that this mistake has been committed by him at the time of filing these petitions.

7.In view of the above, the Registry is directed to amend the name of the petitioner in the cause title as S.Prabahar, instead of S.Prabakar. Accordingly, these petitions are ordered and issue fresh order copy. 13/02/2023 Index:Yes/No Internet:Yes/No er 2/4
