This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.MP(MD) No.19034 of 2025 in Crl.A(MD) No.1182 of 2025, dated 03.12.2025, in and by which, the petitioners were directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Eruwadi Police Station, Tirunelveli District, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 04.12.2025 to till date.
