Act, 1955 in Crime No.147 of 2015 and seek anticipatory bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
side) filed a counter objecting grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. In the counter affidavit it has been stated that the petitioner is having 7 previous cases and he was detained under Act 14 in the year 2009 and hence, the petitioner is not entitled for grant of anticipatory bail.
