ORDER
The petitioners are accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.18 of 2022 registered on the file of the 1st respondent Police, for the offence under 1/4
Sections 406 and 420 IPC. Now, they have moved this petition to quash the FIR in Crime No.18 of 2022 registered against them.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.18 of 2022 was completed and the final report has also been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.976 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy.
3. Since it is reported that the final report has been filed in Crime No. 18 of 2022 and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.976 of 2025, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if they are having any ground. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
