ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 07.05.2015 for the alleged offence under Section 4 of Protection of the Child from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 and Section 376 IPC in Crime No.14 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused has committed rape on the victim, who is 12 years old.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner has been in judicial custody for more than 45 days.

4. The learned Government Advocate submitted vehemently opposed this bail petition by submitting that the accused committed heinous murder and he is not entitled for bail and investigation is at initial stage. 5.Considering the gravity of the offence this Court is not inclined to granted bail.
