(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned sale notice of the respondent dated 21.11.2024.
2. The prayer sought for in the present writ petition seeking to quash the sale notice has become infructuous since it is reported by the learned standing counsel for the bank that on the scheduled date of auction, there were no bidders and therefore, the sale notice has become redundant.
