The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this civil revision petition has become infructuous on account of the fact that the revision petitioner against whom the order of arrest was passed, is no more and he would further submit that the execution petition also has been closed.

2.Recording the aforesaid submission, this civil revision petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
