ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for an alleged offence punishable under Sections 147,420 and 506(i) of IPC in Crime No.185 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. According to the de facto complainant, the accused 1 to 5 had entered into an agreement to purchase the property for Rs.4,29,00,000/- and they issued a cheque for Rs.2,29,00,000/- and undertook to pay the balance amount at the time of registration of document. When the cheque was not even realised on 13.03.2015, the accused have obtained signature in the sale deed by force and also threatening the de facto complainant that they will not allow to go out of India.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner acted only as mediator and the entire amount was received by accused 1 to 5. Further, the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case with an ulterior motive. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) vehemently opposed to grant of anticipatory bail stating that the petitioner had played fraud in the transaction and he threatened the de facto complainant while obtained the signature in the sale deed without paying the entire sale consideration of Rs.4,29,00,000/-.

5. Considering the overt tact attributed against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
