ORDER
(1)The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 10.11.2025, made in Crl.A.(MD).No.1174/2025.
(2)The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court, vide order dated 10.11.2025, granted bail to the petitioner, directing him to stay at Thanjavur and report before the Inspector of Police, Thanjavur Town Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The learned counsel submitted that the petitioner is complying with the aforesaid condition till date and since the petitioner is the sole breadwinner of the family and his appearance before the police station, caused great hardship to him and his family and hence, sought relaxation of the said condition. (3)The learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side] appearing for the respondent affirmed the fact of compliance of the aforesaid conditional order by the petitioner till date.
(4)Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.
(5)Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying with the modified conditional order dated 10.11.2025, till date, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioner, be modified. (6)Accordingly, the petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to report before the Inspector of Police, Thanjavur Town Police Station, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
