Respondent/Respondent Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Sub Court, Paramakudi, to expedite the proceedings in H.M.O.P. No.47 of 2023 by fixing a time frame as fixed by this Honourable Court. ORDER:- This petition coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of this Court dated 10/03/2024 and also the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi, vide letter in D.No.343, dated 30/04/2025, this Court made the following order:
"The learned Subordinate Judge, Paramakudi, has sent a letter requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.47 of 2023 pursuant to the order of this Court dated 01.03.2024.
