ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in connection with Crime No. 379 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. According to the petitioner he is the accused in this case. Based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, First Information Report has been registered in Crime No. 379 of 2024 for the offences under Sections 9(B)(1)(b) of Indian Explosives Act and the date of First Information Report is dated 18.10.2024 but so far investigation is not yet completed and final report is also not filed, hence he has filed the above petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that already investigation was completed and final report was filed on 09.01.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi and the same was taken on file.

4. Since already final report was filed and taken on file by the Court, no further orders is required to be passed in this petition, hence the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
