This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed to the petitioner in Crl.O. P.(MD)No.22126 of 2025 dated 03.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the respondent police has filed charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22126 of 2025 dated 03.12.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court in all the future hearing dates.
