This contempt petition has been filed alleging non-compliance of the order, dated 06.01.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.14692 of 2014. 1/4

2. This Court disposed of the writ petition in W.P.(MD)No.14692 of 2014 dated 06.01.2023, directing the second respondent who is the Superintendent of Police, Theni District to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2014 and pass appropriate orders in that regard. However, the present Contempt Petition has been filed impleading one Mr.Subramaniam, the Inspector of Police, Chinnamanur Police Station, Theni District.

3. I have already noted that direction had been issued by this Court to the Superintendent of Police to comply. Therefore, there can be no violation of the order passed by this Court by the respondent herein, as no direction was issued to the respondent herein.
