ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A-1 and A-2 in Crime No.565 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police were arrested and remanded to the judicial custody by the respondent police on 14.05.2015 for the alleged offence under Section 399 of I.P.C and hence seek bail.

2. According to the prosecution, on 14.05.2015, when the police were on patrolling duty, the accused were sitting in a doubtful circumstances and tried to escape from the spot and thereafter, the police party found that they were preparing to commit the offence of dacoity.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioners have been in judicial custody for more than 30 days and the investigation is over.

4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the petitioners are involved in a case for the offence under Section 302 I.P.C in Crime No.1315 of 2015 and the case is pending trial.

5. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail on the following conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
