ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking direction not to harass the Petitioner and his wife under the guise of an enquiry.
2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner had filed a complaint before the third respondent. Inspite of complaint before the third respondent, he had not initiated any action. Therefore, the Petitioner has come forward by filing this petition seeking direction against the third respondent.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Petitioner had approached this Court regarding property dispute. As per the direction of the Additional Director General of Police in Circular No. 18/ADGP/L&O/Camp/2024 dated 09.01.2024, the Field Officers across the State had been warned not to entertain complaints involved in civil dispute regarding money and property dispute. If there is any violation, the Field Officers were warned of departmental action.

4. In the light of the said circular, the prayer of the Petitioner seeking direction against the Respondent Police cannot be entertained. The Respondents 1 to 3 are directed not to harass the Petitioner regarding civil dispute.
5. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
