This writ petition is filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the first respondent relating to Government Letter (D) No.140/Higher Education Department, dated 19.06.2009 and quash the same as illegal and without jurisdiction and consequently, direct the first respondent to grant aid to the petitioner/Society to run the Muslim Arts College, Thiruvithancode, Kanyakumari District.

2. In view of the fact that the Government has taken a policy decision not to grant aid to the newly established Institutions after 1984, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.
