ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.18692 of 2025, dated 27.10.2025.

complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 25 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition for 25 days, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.18692 of 2025, dated 27.10.2025 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent as and when required for interrogation.
