This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made in S.No.145/1, Konarpatti Village, Kusavankundu Post, Kuluvankulam Village, Manamadurai (Taluk), Sivagangai District, after following due process of law.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2,

on instructions, submitted that the prayer of the petitioner has been met with by the authorities concerned, which is refuted by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authorities concerned, if any of the grievances are not meted out by the respondents.
