ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order in C.M.A.No.6 of 2013, dated 03.10.2013 in and by which the order of the trial court vacating the interim injunction granted pending suit was reversed in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that the suit in O.S.No.335 of 2012 itself has been disposed of and hence, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said statement, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
