ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to instruct the fourth respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of the enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the respondents 5 to 9.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint against his sons, 2/4

who are the respondents 5 and 6 raising property dispute and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
