ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the third respondent herein not to interfere in the civil dispute in respect of the property comprised in S.No.206/5A situated at T.Alangulam Athakothankudi Group, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram DIStrict and consequently, to direct the third respondent herein not to harass the petitioner on the guise of enquiry in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the respondents 4 to 7.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that it is a land dispute and both parties were enquired and the same was closed adviced them to approach Revenue Divisional Officer seeking remedy, in C.No.G3/22983/1922/2024, dated 19.09.2024.
