Heard the learned Counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for respondents and Mr.K.Mu.Muthu, learned Counsel for the intervener Trust. As rightly pointed out by the learned Special Government Pleader, when no petition for mutation of patta has been received by the Tahsildar, the question of entertaining the writ petition does not arise. This writ petition has been prematurely filed. No cause of action has arisen. If the petition mentioned Trust submits any petition, the petitioner will be put on notice before passing final order. This writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
