Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.MATHIYALAGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.SRINIVASA RAGHAVAN, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Since an order of suspension of sentence was already granted in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.103 of 2020, there is nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

2.Hence, this petition is dismissed.
