Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was dismissed on 27.05.2015.
The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) filed a counter affidavit opposing the anticipatory bail petition and submitted that the total amount received by the accused in this case is Rs.1 crore 82 lakhs assuring job employment and this petitioner/A2 has received Rs.53,53,000/- and it is further submitted that the matter was not settled before the Mediation Centre.
Considering the gravity of the offences, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner is not entitled for anticipatory bail. Hence, the petition is dismissed.
