ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk, Madurai to dispose of O.S.No. 122 of 2023 within a time frame as stipulated by this Court. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 1st respondent / plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No.230 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Madurai for the relief of declaration and permanent injunction and the same is pending for the past seven years without even framing issues. He would further submit that the petitioner is aged about 71 years and therefore, he seeks a direction for early disposal.

4. There shall be a direction to the learned District Munsif, Madurai Taluk, Madurai to follow the circulars issued by this Court in R.O.C.No. 3793A/2010/B5/ Statistics, dated 11.08.2010 and R.O.C.NO. 984/2015/RG/B5 dated 25.02.2016 and give an early disposal.

5. In fine, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
