To pass an order relaxing the condition of reporting before the respondent police daily in Crl.O.P.(MD. No. 21504 of 2025 dt. 27.11.2025 in connection with Crime No. 46 of 2025 on the file of the Inspector of Police AWPS, Nagercoil Police Station.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.21504 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.21504 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court during all hearings. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. 12-01-2026 LR To
