ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 07.11.2013 in I.A.No.1643 of 2013 in O.S.No.216 of 2006 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Sankarankovil. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suit in O.S.No.216 of 2006 itself has been disposed after completion of trial. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this Petition has become infructuous and nothing survive for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3.Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as Infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
