Pleased to call for the records and set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the IIIrd Additional District Judge, Tirunelveli in IDOP.No.93 of 2015 dated 13.11.2017 by allowing this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the above circumstances and thus render justice.
