ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the the respondent police to implement the order made in Cr.M.P.No.4004 of 2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai dated 13.12.2019 within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the direction given by the Judicial Magistrate No.6, Madurai dated 13.12.2019 the respondent police has registered a case in Crime No.26 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 120(B),147,177,416,419,420,464, 468 and 470 of IPC.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
