The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 305 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.18,785/- in the above appeal.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and also perused the records.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that they have already paid the deficit Court fee.

4.Considering the above, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to take the appeal on file, if it is otherwise in order and list the matter in the regular course.
