ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.Mr.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint submitted by the third respondent was registered as C.S.R. No.143/2020, dated 24.09.2020 and after enquiring the petitioner and the third respondent, the said complaint was closed on 28.09.2020, directing both the parties to appear before the competent Court to resolve their dispute. 3.Recording the said submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
