This Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order made in I.A.No.12 of 2013 allowing the amendment of the plaint.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced the order of the learned Subordinate Judge, Nagercoil, dated 1st August 2017 dismissing the suit in O.S.No.203 of 2012 as settled out of Court.

3. In view of the above, Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous and accordingly, is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
